Fenix Aerial Arts operates a no-refund policy. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the class start time will have the class credit returned to your account. Classes can be transferred up to 24 hours before the class start time.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time will result in the loss of the class credit. No-shows will also result in the loss of the class credit.

Class packs must be used within 60 days of first use. Extensions may be granted only in exceptional circumstances and are at the owner’s discretion.
