We can't wait to welcome you..
We do not offer a refund on classes missed due to illness or just missing a class if you are booking for a course.
However in exceptional circumstances such as hospitalisation or a world pandemic, a replacement class can be offered at a later date.
In the case of online classes, a backup session can be sent out to you via email also.
In the event that the class teacher is sick or cannot make a class due to a family emergency a replacement class will be added at a later date.
In the event that the teacher cannot attend class due to a world pandemic, online classes will be offered as a replacement instead.
No cash refunds will be available at anytime.
