🐰 HAPPY BUNNIES – REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that little ones can be unpredictable and plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to families while allowing us to manage class numbers and prepare for each session.

Cancellations more than 48 hours before the session

If you are unable to attend and cancel more than 48 hours before your booked session, we are happy to offer:
• A transfer of your booking to another available Happy Bunnies session.

Cancellations within 48 hours

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, as your place has been reserved and we may not have enough time to offer it to another family.

Where possible, we are happy to transfer your booking to another session at our discretion.

If your little one is unwell

Please don’t bring your child to Happy Bunnies if they are unwell or have an illness that could be passed on to others.

If Happy Bunnies has to be cancelled

If we have to cancel a session for any reason, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available session.

Late arrival

Unfortunately, we are unable to extend or partially refund a session if you arrive late. Please allow a little extra time to park, get settled and make your way into the studio.

No-shows

If you do not attend your booked session and do not contact us, the booking will be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

We know that life with little ones doesn’t always go to plan! If you have a genuine reason that falls outside of this policy, please speak to us. We will always try to be reasonable and help where we can.
