HCRG Pathways: Connect & Collect - Surrey

We're excited to invite you to our face-to-face Pathways: Connect & Collect welcome events on the 19th and 20th March. These events are essential for every colleague transferring to HCRG Care Group on 1st April. We've published all dates and there's no plan to add additional venues or dates.

At the event, you'll collect your IT equipment, new ID card and lanyard, and you'll also get key insights into HCRG Care Group and our exciting plans ahead.

Sessions are available in both the morning and afternoon, so you can choose the time that suits you best. It’s a great opportunity to connect with colleagues, ask questions, and enjoy refreshments in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Please discuss with your manager to understand if it is possible to release you to be able to attend one of the events. The welcome events are more than equipment pickup sessions, offering you an opportunity to further understand our transformation priorities and plans for the first few weeks and months of operating the service. If you and your manager are unable to do this, please just wait – you do not need to contact us. We are monitoring registrations against the TUPE information and will be in touch with those who have not booked onto an event to ensure alternative arrangements are made.
