I AM Dance Fit - Zumba® and Zumba Gold® classes

WELCOME!

Fun, friendly community Dance Fitness classes in Ashurst Wood and Forest Row run by Anna Morris. Classes are all inclusive and suitable for ages 16 years and upwards.

Anna is a Level 3 professional group exercise instructor from East Grinstead who has been teaching classes in the community since 2011.

All classes are pay as you go - no joining fees, no memberships, NO MIRRORS! Come and lose yourself in the music.

24 hours minimum notice must be given for class transfers. (Transfers must be made within 4 weeks of original booking.)
