6-week block beginning 3rd June 2026

A gentle, supportive yoga class to help you build strength, improve mobility and feel more at ease in your body.

Classes combine simple strength work, mindful movement and accessible stretching, with options offered throughout so you can work at your own pace.

Suitable for beginners, those returning to movement, or anyone looking for a steady, balanced practice.

Held in a friendly, welcoming space at Upperthong Village Hall.

✨ Many people come to move — and stay for how it makes them feel.

Instruktioner

Equipment will be provided but you are also welcome to bring your own.

Parking is available at the front of the hall and along the road.
