I'm so happy to be able to offer you a shared space with Suzy Weston who will be leading a talk about Essential Oils and Reflexology. And supporting our guided walk. Suzy is such a font of knowledge about the local area and foraging - this will be a highlight of our day
Suitable for all levels of Yoga practice, including beginners. The Walk is gentle, there are inclines with steps so do contact me if you have any questions.

All props to support your practice and comfort will be provided ~ but please do bring along your own mat if you prefer and your own favourite blanket for the Gong Bath & Yoga Nidra
There will be snacks and drinks available throughout and a home made lunch including soup and home made breads selection but you are also welcome to bring your own food too)
