Our junior sessions are designed to build confidence, athleticism, and a positive relationship with movement. Each class blends strength, conditioning, and circuit‑style training in a fun, supportive environment.

How the blocks work
Classes run in 6‑week blocks, priced at £60 per block.
Each new block opens for booking as the previous one finishes.
We offer two separate blocks:
• Thursday class
• Saturday class
Wear comfortable clothing and bring water
