This is for you if you have been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, emotionally dysregulated.
Through movement, breathwork, sound therapy, and guided meditation, we will work directly with the vagus nerve to support regulation, grounding, and deep rest
What to expect:

• Breathwork to shift from fight or flight into rest and digest
• Sound therapy to support deep relaxation.
• A guided meditation focused on safety, presence and balance
