Algemene voorwaarden (for English see below)

1. Alleen artiesten die een akoestisch optreden (muziek, spoken word of storytelling) kunnen verzorgen kunnen een boeking doen. Indien er instrumenten of versterking nodig zijn dienen artiesten deze in principe zelf mee te nemen en te installeren.
   
2. Artiesten mogen slechts 1 keer per seizoen meedoen of een boeking maken voor een optreden.
3. De organisatie ter plekke in de kerken wordt gedaan door vrijwilligers van Kerken Kijken. Hierdoor is de ondersteuning beperkt. Artiesten moeten hier rekening mee houden bij het plannen van hun optreden. Artiesten kunnen de locatie vooraf aan het concert bezoeken tijdens een van de reguliere openingstijden van de kerken die te vinden zijn op de website www.kerkenkijken.nl.
   
4. ZIMIHC vraagt de artiest om rekening te houden met het karakter van de locatie in de inhoud en aard van het optreden. Mocht de (vrijwillige) beheerder bij aanvang van het concert van mening zijn dat de aard van het concert niet passend is bij de locatie, dan heeft de beheerder op dat moment het recht het optreden te weigeren.
5. ZIMIHC houdt zich het recht voor om boekingen te annuleren.
   
6. De kerken houden zich het recht om optredens te annuleren in geval van een uitvaart.
7. ZIMIHC informeert de artiest zo goed mogelijk over de locatie maar kan niet verantwoordelijk gehouden worden voor de daadwerkelijke situatie op de locatie.
8. ZIMIHC doet haar uiterste best om het optreden zo goed mogelijk te promoten via website, social media en andere kanalen. Artiesten staat het vrij om eigen promotie te doen.
9. Artiesten die beeldmateriaal willen sturen naar ZIMIHC voor de promotie van hun optreden kunnen dat doen naar m.verhoeckx@zimihc.nl. ZIMIHC garandeert niet dat dit beeldmateriaal gebruikt wordt.
   
10. De artiesten ontvangen geen vergoeding voor het optreden. Wel hebben de artiesten de mogelijkheid om een collecte te doen na afloop van het optreden. Ook kunnen zij (op papier) een QR code delen om zo donaties mogelijk te maken.
11. Alleen van toepassing op de Pieterskerk: deze locatie geeft aan dat ze enkel akoestische (onversterkte) optredens willen in de genres klassiek of folk.
12. Alleen van toepassing op de Augustinuskerk: deze locatie geeft aan dat ze enkel akoestische (onversterkte) optredens willen in de genres klassiek of semi klassiek.
13. Alleen van toepassing op de Gertrudiskathedraal: deze locatie geeft aan dat ze geen rockmuziek of popmuziek willen. Verder moet het optreden passin binnen de context van een kerkgebouw.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Only artists capable of providing an acoustic performance (music, spoken word, or storytelling) may make a booking. If instruments or amplification are required, artists are, in principle, required to bring and set them up themselves.
2. Artists may participate or make a booking for a performance only once per season.
3. On-site organization in the churches is handled by volunteers from Kerken Kijken. Consequently, support is limited. Artists must take this into account when planning their performance. Artists may visit the location prior to the concert during one of the churches' regular opening hours, which can be found on the website www.kerkenkijken.nl
   
4. ZIMIHC asks the artist to take the character of the location into account regarding the content and nature of the performance. Should the (volunteer) manager be of the opinion at the start of the concert that the nature of the concert is not suitable for the location, the manager has the right to refuse the performance at that moment.
5. ZIMIHC reserves the right to cancel bookings.
   
6. The churches reserve the right to cancel performances in the event of a funeral.
7. ZIMIHC will inform the artist as best as possible about the location but cannot be held responsible for the actual situation at the location.
8. ZIMIHC does its utmost to promote the performance as effectively as possible via the website, social media, and other channels. Artists are free to conduct their own promotion.
9. Artists who wish to send visual material to ZIMIHC for the promotion of their performance can do so by emailing m.verhoeckx@zimihc.nl. ZIMIHC does not guarantee that this visual material will be used.
   
10. The artists will not receive any compensation for the performance. However, the artists have the option to hold a collection after the performance. They may also share a QR code (on paper) to facilitate donations.
    
11. Applicable only to the Pieterskerk: this location indicates that they only want acoustic (unamplified) performances in the classical or folk genres.
12. Applicable only to the Augustinuskerk: this location indicates that they only want acoustic (unamplified) performances in the classical or semi-classical genres.
13. Applicable only to the Gertrudiskathedraal: this location indicates that they do not want rock music or pop music. Furthermore, the performance must fit within the context of a church building.
