Kidz4 Community CIC – Baby Massage Course Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want as many families as possible to benefit from our Baby Massage programme. As places are limited and supported through community funding, we kindly ask that you read our refund policy before booking.

Donations & Course Fees

Where the course is offered as a donation-based programme, all donations help us continue providing affordable community activities for local families.

• Donations are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by Kidz4 Community CIC.
• If you are unable to attend, your donation will help fund another family's place.

If You Need to Cancel

• More than 7 days before the course starts: We can transfer your booking to a future course (subject to availability).
• Within 7 days of the course starting: Refunds cannot be offered, but please contact us as we may be able to transfer your place if there is a waiting list.

Missed Sessions

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacement sessions for missed classes due to illness, holidays or other personal circumstances.

If possible, we will provide a brief summary of the massage techniques covered so you can continue practising at home.

If We Cancel a Session

If Kidz4 Community CIC needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (such as instructor illness or venue closure), we will either:

• Arrange a replacement session; or
• Offer a full or partial refund where a replacement is not possible.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will always do our best to help.
