Refund Policy All bookings, class packs, passes, introductory offers and promotional purchases are non-refundable once purchased.

For regular classes, you may cancel your booking up to 8 hours before the class start time. If cancelled within this notice period, the class will be returned to your account as class credit to use for a future booking.

Cancellations made less than 8 hours before class are non-refundable and non-transferable. The class credit or payment will be forfeited.
