BOOKING A PLAY SESSION
Your Little City adventure starts here!
We can't wait to see you and your child(ren) when you come to play! You can book play sessions from the schedule at the bottom of this page but please read through the information below to help make your visit as enjoyable as possible.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
At the start of the session time we will welcome you into the venue and register you in. If you arrive after this please come and find me so I can register you in for safety reasons, equally if you need to leave early please do come and let me know.
At your first session we will explain how the session runs and what to expect at our sessions, I am always available throughout the session if you have have questions.
Hand sanitizer is available on your way in and throughout the session, we strongly recommend you use this.
Snacks and drinks will be available to buy at most events. We kindly ask that any refreshments are consumed to the side of the city away from the toys and equipment so they can remain allergy free.
Please do take photos of your child playing, but always being mindful of any other children around you. We'd love and appreciate any social media tags of you and your child playing!
You are responsible for your own child/children at all times.

AGE LIMITS:
Little City is designed for children aged 6 years and under.
Non-walking baby siblings are free with a paying child and do not need a ticket. If possible please leave pushchairs outside the venue to allow for as much space as possible to play.

PRICE
The price listed is per child and gives entry to our city and all the play areas available.
Each child ticket includes one free adult. However, if you would like to bring an EXTRA adult along then please select this option when booking.

IMPORTANT
If you, or a family member are showing any signs of illness such as COVID-19, Chicken Pox, Hand Foot and Mouth etc. please do not attend our sessions.
As per our terms and conditions, cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance of the event; at that point you can transfer your bookings to any other available event in the future. If you cancel within 24 hours of the event, you may not transfer your tickets to another event. We don’t offer refunds on any events.

What happens if we cannot perform the Services?

If, for any reason, we cannot provide the Services at the Session you have booked, you may choose either to attend another Session (free of charge), or alternatively you can cancel the contract (in which case we will provide you with a full refund).

What happens if you cannot attend the Session you have booked?

All bookings are non-refundable (other than in the circumstances described above. Therefore, if you are unable to attend the Session you have booked for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund. However, provided that you do so no later than twenty-four (24) hours before the relevant Session, you can transfer your booking (via the booking system) to an alternative future Session, provided that such future session is live and available for booking on the booking system. You may only transfer your ticket once to a future event.

If you do choose to cancel rather than transfer your ticket, and this is twenty-four (24) hours before the relevant Session, we will create a 'discount code' for you to use towards a future session. This code will be valued at the original ticket price value (after any discounts previously used), and valid for a maximum of six (6) months, after which the code will expire and cannot be used. Discount codes issued cannot be transferred between Little City branches.

The provisions of Part 3 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (concerning your right to cancel) do not apply to the contract between us, on the basis that the contract falls within the exemption set out in section 28(1)(h) of those Regulations (services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date of performance).
