Enjoy transformative, yoga inspired movement and breathwork topped off with a dip in the cool clear waters of Loch Lubnaig (optional). We’ll finish by gathering together for connection, contemplation and an opportunity to prepare for the week ahead.
Every gathering is unique, based on the season, the weather and the intention of the session.
This yoga dip will be held on the shores of Loch Lubnaig.
The loch provides parking, a small café and use of toilet facilities however there is a small fee to use the car park. It’s recommended you try to ride share where possible to make parking more accessible and to reduce emissions.
The class will offer a flowing style of yoga based movement, focused on standing postures and finishing with guided breath work before we take a refreshing dip together.

Callander
Loch Lubnaig is located in the scenic Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park.
The car park is located on the shores of Loch Lubnaig between Callander and Strathyre on the A84. There is a small fee for use of this car park and facilities.
