At Mimi's Collective, we strive to provide the best experience for all our clients. Please review our cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellations made 24 Hours or More in Advance:
If you cancel your Reformer Pilates class 24 hours or more before the scheduled class time, you are eligible to transfer your class to another date, subject to availability.

Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours:
If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled class, we are unable to offer a transfer. We kindly ask for your understanding as this policy allows us to manage class availability effectively.
