Class Passes are non refundable. However, if you can’t make a booked class you have up to 24 hours before the class starts to cancel/change the booking. You need to cancel via the booking system otherwise you will be classed as a ‘No show’. To cancel up to 24 hours before class simply cancel the booking and then your ticket will be restored onto your class pass.
