Refunds will be permitted for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event start time.

In these instances, Network Ace will retain a £1.00 booking fee to cover the administrative costs associated with processing online transactions.

Refunds will be processed via Stripe immediately, and deposited back to the same bank account from which the purchase was made.

Please note, the refund may take a few days to show on your bank statement. If the refund is not in your account after 10 days, please contact your bank directly.
