The time of the year to SLOW DOWN. This yoga day retreat is going to be very restorative day, allowing ourselves to slow down through restorative practice, yin, yoga nidra and crystal bowl sound healing. If you feel that winter season is taking way too much energy from you then this restorative yoga day retreat will be for you. You will slow down, restore and reconnect with your body and mind. This is a small intimate day for just 10 yogis.
Your Yoga day will include:
10am - Welcome drinks on arrival, healthy treat, pick your oracle card (if you wish)
10:45am (90minutes) - Gentle Morning Yoga Practice – Restore your body and mind through a gentle yoga practice and Yoga Nidra.
12:30 (60 minutes) - Nourishing Plant-based lunch & Cake (dietary requests available)
13:45 (60 minutes) - Yin Yoga Practice
15:00 (60 minutes) - Finishing the day with a beautiful Crystal Bowl Sound Healing.

Please bring your own mats, towels and water bottles, any props which you may find useful for your practice. Also, bring yourself a blanket to keep yourself warm at your meditation practice.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation: 60 days or more prior to retreat: your entire payment will be refunded.
59-45 days prior to retreat: 50% of the retreat price paid will be refunded.
44 days and less prior to the retreat: Payments are non-refundable.
If the retreat is cancelled by Nourish by V, you will receive a full refund.
