This retreat is going to be all about reconnecting our bodies and mind to get ready for the new year ahead with more energy and purpose. Through this day, I would like you to switch off from day-to-day life and just enjoy the time for yourself, giving yourself the treat you deserve. At the end of the day, your mind and body will feel reconnected and reenergised from a day of yoga, nourishing food, pranayama, meditation, and essential oils. This is a small intimate day for just 10 yogis.
Your Yoga day will include:
10am - Welcome hot drinks on arrival, healthy treat, oracle card
10:45am (75minutes) - Morning Yoga Practice – Reconnection through a yoga practice to bring balance and energy through movement, pranayama, mantra, and meditation
12:30 (60 minutes) - Plant-based lunch & Cake (dietary requests available)
13:45 (80 minutes) - Essential oils chat, how to use them in day to day life, what they can do for you
15:15 (45 minutes) - 'Relax & Reconnect' - experience deep rest through restorative yoga with guided breathwork
16:00 - Leaving with a good bag and reconnected

Please bring your own mats, towels and water bottles, any props which you may find useful for your practice. Also, bring yourself a blanket to keep yourself warm at your restorative part and your meditation.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation: 90 days or more prior to retreat: your entire payment will be refunded.
89-45 days prior to retreat: 50% of the retreat price paid will be refunded.
44 days and less prior to the retreat: Payments are non-refundable.
If the retreat is cancelled by Nourish by V, you will receive a full refund.
