Our name, OmniFit, stems from the Latin prefix "Omni," meaning "all" or "every." This encapsulates our commitment to inclusive fitness and a body-positive space where you can move, have fun, and get fit without pressure or prejudice.
For the past 20 years, Fay has been helping her clients improve their health, increase their fitness levels, and boost their confidence.
