For regular (weekly) classes, cancellation is allowed up to 4 hours before the event start time, and the credit will be returned to your account to be used for another booking. Any no-shows or cancellations made within 4 hours of the class start time are not eligible for credit return.
For events/pop-up classes, monetary refunds are possible when the booking has been cancelled more than 12 hours in advance. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to be processed. If there are any issues, do not hesitate to get in touch.
