If you buy the 'Ticket' option to a class and cancel your class at least 12 hours before the event, you can get a full refund. Please note refunds can take 5-7 business days to go back into your bank account.
If you buy one of our pass options, upon cancellation within our cancellation window you will be given your pass back to book another class rather than getting a refund.
