Welcome to Pilates by Oleta

Join me for small-group Mat Pilates classes at Escrick & Deighton Village Hall.

My classes are rooted in classical Pilates principles, with contemporary movements and progressions incorporated to create sessions that build strength, improve mobility, control and connection.

Classes are welcoming and suitable for a range of levels, with a maximum of 12 people per session so I can provide plenty of guidance and individual attention.

£8 introductory rate
Mats provided · Maximum 12 spaces

I am a fully qualified Level 3 Reformer Pilates Instructor and am currently completing my Mat Pilates qualification with The Pilates Programme. These classes are being delivered as part of my Mat teacher training and are therefore offered at a reduced introductory rate.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Class bookings are refundable when cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class, or non-attendance, are non-refundable as your space may not be able to be filled at short notice.

If Pilates by Oleta needs to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund or, where available, the option to transfer your booking to another class.

If you are unable to attend, please get in touch as soon as possible.
