3.1. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of the club will receive a full refund.
3.2. Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the start of the club will receive a 50% refund.
3.3. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the club.
3.4. If the club is cancelled by Play Out due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative dates will be offered.
