Poised Pilates Refund Policy

We don’t offer a refund on any booked classes. However, you can transfer your booking to another booking at the same value, provided there is space & it's before 48 hours notice. 

To do this follow these steps.

1. Click on the customer portal, you will find it in the top right-hand corner. 2.Click account details. 3.Find the booking in your “upcoming bookings” & click manage.  4.Use the drop-down boxes to transfer your booking.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time are non-refundable or non-transferable. No-shows are also non-refundable or non-transferable.
