Press Pause Yoga and Mindfulness

Press Pause Yoga and Mindfulness was established in 2017 by Pippa Yarworth-Cleeton.
Pippa has been teaching yoga since 2008, after training for 4 years with the British Wheel of Yoga (500hrs) and practicing yoga since 1991. Pippa has a sports science degree, a post-graduate qualification in Mindfulness (Bangor University), a Children’s yoga qualification as well as numerous professional qualifications.
Pippa has always worked in health and wellness in numerous roles and currently, as well as running Press Pause Yoga and Mindfulness, Pippa works as a tutor for University Centre Somerset (UCS) college.
Pippa teaches with a mindful approach and an invitational style, which encourages you to ease your way into your own practice and find out what works for your body and mind. Pippa encourages you to find your own way with kind guidance.
