RockFit with Lisa - Cheadle @ Firevolt

RockFit is dance fitness to a rock and metal soundtrack. Usually at Cheadle Drill Hall, on Friday 7th August at 11.20 (Starting dancing at 11.30), we will be rocking out at the Barn Stage at Firevolt. Wear something comfy and your trainers, bring water or squash to drink and work out for an hour to YOUR sort of music.
