Shaun Careys Art Workshops – Booking & Refund Policy
Booking
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Places are limited to 10 participants and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations by You
More than 14 days before the class: Full refund.
7–14 days before the class: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before the class: No refund.
As class sizes are limited, late cancellations often cannot be filled at short notice.
If your place can be filled from a waiting list or by another booking, I will do my best to offer a full or partial refund, but this cannot be guaranteed.
You are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member if you are unable to attend. Please let me know their name and contact details before the class.
Cancellations by Shaun's Art Classes
If I need to cancel a class due to illness, severe weather, venue issues or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of:
Minimum Attendance
A minimum of 4 participants is required for a class to run.
If this number is not reached, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the class. In this event, you will be offered the choice of:
Participants will be notified as soon as possible if a class is unable to go ahead.
Missed Classes
No refunds or credits can be given for non-attendance, arriving late, or leaving a class early.
Refunds
Refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever possible. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Changes
I reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the venue, tutor, class content, or timetable where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
