Inspired by Stranger Things... We'll take a deep listening journey from the Harbs to Hawkins, consisting of low gong tones, various overtones and carefully placed moments of silence.
(Less therapeutic than my normal sessions but still relaxing).
Suitable for ages 13 and up; younger guests should be able to remain quiet and still for full 45 minute session.
Not suitable for those in first trimester of pregnancy, those with epilepsy/seizures, heart conditions.

Please arrive to Manor Walk Wellness at 10 minutes prior to the start of the session to allow for time to sign consent form and situation yourself.
Mat & cushions are available but please feel free to bring extra mat, blanket, pillows so you are most comfortable; water bottle suggested. You are encouraged to lie down during the sound session so comfortable, loose clothing is suggested.
Please review the waiver and consent forms attached to this email. Upon arrival you will be requested to provide signature to confirm you have read and understood.
Please avoid consuming alcohol prior to attendance.
No refunds for latecomers or non-attendees with less than 48 hour notice. I can reschedule you for another date but please allow ample time for others to take the space if you cannot attend as I am charged for venue use.
Also, there may be cake :)
