Public Events:
All bookings for public events are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend, your payment will be forfeited.

Private Experiences & Date Nights:
Private bookings are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit payment.
