THE SUNDAY RESET

Enjoy 2 hours of well-being, take this time to reset yourself and find your inner peace.
We will start the session with a 30 minute therapeutic movement session, suitable for all abilities, blending gentle Pilates with somatic movement to help you destress and unfurl your bodies.

With an optional traditional Himalayan singing bowl sound therapy taster.

Followed by a beautiful floating hammock sound bath to bring you into a deep state of rest and repair. Using drums, chimes, gongs, singing bowls and other percussion instruments to take you on a journey through sound and reset your nervous system. In the cocoon of a floating silk hammock.
Nourishing refreshments will be provided.
