I totally get that life happens! Here's how cancellations work for my classes:

More than 24 hours notice: No problem, you can transfer your booking to another class, subject to availability.
Less than 24 hours notice: Unfortunately, these cancellations are non-refundable and can't be moved to another session. This helps me keep classes running smoothly and fair for everyone on the waitlist.
