Refunds and cancellations:
If you are unable to attend the course you have booked on, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can re-advertise your place. Provided you give a minimum of 7 days notice, you will be given a full refund. After this, I am afraid I can not offer a refund, unless I am able to fill the space.
If I need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, the cost of the session will be refunded.
I reserve the right to cancel a course if the minimum numbers required are not met. In this event, I will offer the option of an alternative course date or a full refund.
Missed Classes:
If you do not attend a class that runs for any reason, I'm afraid I cannot offer a refund for that class.
Force Majeure:
This is a legal term. It means that sometimes thins happen that our outside of anyone's control. For example - natural disasters, war or a global pandemic. This might prevent the class or course from running. In these circumstances a refund is not possible. However, it may be possible to transfer the dates to a later time.
