To help make your visit as enjoyable as possible, please take a few moments to read the information below before you arrive.

We recommend using Google Maps when travelling to us for the most accurate directions.

🚗 Parking

We have parking available on site; however, spaces are limited and our car park can become busy during popular sessions.

Once our car park is full, you may need to park a short distance away and walk to the venue.

During particularly busy sessions, cars may be parked behind one another to make the best use of the available space. If you know you will need to leave before the end of your session, please let a member of our team know when you arrive so we can help ensure you are not blocked in.

Please be considerate of our neighbouring businesses and do not park in front of, block or obstruct access to any other unit.

🧦 What to Bring

Please bring slippers or slipper socks for both adults and children to wear during your visit.

We are located within a large commercial unit and it can sometimes feel cooler inside, particularly during the colder months.

We therefore recommend bringing warm, comfortable clothing so everyone can enjoy their visit comfortably.

👶 Who Can Play?

Our Role Play Village is designed for children aged 0–8 years, with lots of different areas where children can explore, imagine and create their own adventures.

For our smallest visitors, we also have a dedicated Baby Area, giving babies and younger toddlers their own space to explore and play.

Our separate Village Play Park is exclusively for children under 3 years old.

Please ensure children only use equipment that is appropriate for their age.

👀 Parent & Guardian Supervision

Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying parent or guardian at all times.

As outlined in our Rules of Play, parent/guardian supervision is required throughout our premises. The Role Up Play Village does not provide or accept responsibility for the supervision of children.

Parents and guardians should remain attentive and supervise their children throughout their visit.

☕ Food & Drink

We have an on-site café where you can purchase a selection of food, drinks and refreshments during your visit.

Please note that outside food and drink must not be brought onto the premises.

If you need to bring something for a baby or for a specific dietary or medical requirement, please speak to a member of our team.

🍼 Visiting With Babies

Babies are very welcome at The Role Up Play Village.

We have a dedicated Baby Area designed to give our littlest visitors a comfortable space to explore and play at their own pace.

Baby changing facilities and highchairs are also available.

🕐 Your Session

Please check your booking confirmation carefully before visiting to make sure you have the correct date and session time.

Our sessions operate at set times, so arriving late may reduce the amount of play time available. Unfortunately, we cannot extend sessions due to late arrival.

Please make sure you and your children are ready to leave the play areas when your session comes to an end so our team can prepare for the next families.

🤒 Feeling Unwell?

To help us keep our little visitors and their families well, please do not attend if you or your child is experiencing a contagious illness or symptoms of sickness or diarrhoea.

📸 Photos & Videos

You’re welcome to capture those special Role Up moments! 📸

However, please be mindful of other families and ensure that photos and videos are focused on your own children.

Please respect another family’s wishes if they do not want themselves or their children included in photographs or videos.

🎟️ Bookings & Refunds

Please check all booking details carefully before completing your booking.

Bookings are non-refundable in accordance with our booking terms.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our Rules of Play apply to everyone visiting The Role Up Play Village and are there to help keep our venue safe and enjoyable for all our visitors.

Please familiarise yourself with them before attending.
