Booking & Refund Policy- The Willow Bean Play Cafe

We understand that plans can change and we’ll always do our best to help where we can.

Cancellations by you:

● Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your booked session will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available session.
● Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable, as your space has been reserved and may not be possible to rebook.

Transferring your booking:


Where possible, we are happy to transfer your booking to another available session if you contact us at least 48 hours before your visit.

Illness:


If your child is unwell, please do not attend. If you let us know before your session, we’ll do our best to offer a transfer where possible, although this cannot be guaranteed.

Unfortunately, bookings are non-refundable if you do not attend your session.


If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

● A full refund, or
● The option to transfer your booking to another available session.
