Have you always been curious about yoga but felt too intimidated to start? This workshop is your perfect introduction to the practice in a welcoming, judgement-free space where everyone is taking their first steps together.
What You'll Experience:
In this two-hour workshop, you'll discover the foundations of yoga in a supportive environment designed specifically for complete beginners. We'll move slowly and mindfully, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Time dedicated to asking questions and reflecting on our time on the mat, while enjoying a cup of your chosen herbal tea to close our session together.
You'll learn:
Basic yoga postures and how to do them safely
Simple breathing techniques to calm your mind and energize your body
How to listen to your body and work at your own pace
The fundamentals that will set you up for a lifelong practice
Relaxation techniques to help you feel grounded and peaceful

Led by Jess, a 500-hour qualified yoga teacher with extensive training in Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa yoga, and over 1000 classes taught to date, you'll be guided with care, patience, and encouragement. No experience necessary - just bring an open mind and comfortable clothing.
