This workshop offers a space to reflect at the beginning the the year and align ourselves as we move into the year ahead. A moment to drop away from the constant pressures and chatter of the mind and sense to the innate wisdom of our bodies.

What we will cover:
- A reflective moment for journaling and self-inquiry
- Gentle, embodied movement to ground into the body
- A deep dive into the transformative practice of conscious, connected breathwork
- A restorative close with rest and soothing sound
Instruktioner
What is conscious connected breathwork (CCB):
CCB is a guided breathing practice using continuous, circular breaths that can release tension, access deeper states of awareness, and support emotional and physical healing. It is a transformative practice to access the subconscious and reconnect with yourself
Preparation:
- The workshop will be held at The Space, Clapham
- Please arrive 5 minutes before the start to settle in
- All you need is something comfy to move and breathe in as well as a journal and pen
- If you have anything going on in your body that you want me to know about ahead of time feel free to drop me a message
- When practicing CCB it is recommended you have a light breakfast before rather than anything too heavy.
