A 75 minute yoga class featuring asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation and relaxation. These sessions will be taught by all 3 Yoga Aylesbury Teachers:

26th Aug - Roxanne - DANCE STUDIO, SECONDARY SCHOOL
Suitable for all levels including beginners
