Details

A 75 minute yoga class featuring asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation and relaxation. These sessions will be taught by all 3 Yoga Aylesbury Teachers:

22nd July - Sarah - PRIMARY SCHOOL
29th July - Vicki - DANCE STUDIO, SECONDARY SCHOOL
5th Aug - Roxanne - DANCE STUDIO, SECONDARY SCHOOL
12th Aug - Vicki - DANCE STUDIO, SECONDARY SCHOOL
19th Aug - Sarah - DANCE STUDIO, SECONDARY SCHOOL
26th Aug - Roxanne - DANCE STUDIO, SECONDARY SCHOOL

Suitable for all levels including beginners
