This 6 week yoga nidra course offers rest & restoration as we slowly emerge from winter to the beginnings of spring. Over the six sessions, we will explore the five movements of prāṇa known as the vāyu or 'winds'. Starting just after Imbolc (the Celtic festival which marks the beginning of spring), we will map this philosophy onto the movement of a seedling as it stirs & emerges as with the call of spring.
Classes will take place in person at The Beehive Centre and online.
By booking onto the full 6-week course, you will receive:
- access to all six sessions
- downloadable audio recordings of each nidra for you to practice in your own time and make yoga nidra part of your daily routine!
- a document providing an overview of the philosophical content covered each week
- access to recordings for any live sessions you can't make
You can also drop-into classes by purchasing a ticket for one session.
Instruktioner
Please come prepared to be cosy - a yoga mat, blanket(s), sheepskin rug, jumpers, socks. I will have some equipment with me but always better to have more than less!
The sessions will take place in the Garden Room (at the bottom of the corridor).
