I have been practicing and teaching yoga and mindfulness for over 6 years, I love the transformation this practice brings to both body and mind. I have taught a variety of classes over the years from advanced to meditation and I enjoy them all, I believe a well rounded practice is importance for overall health and wellbeing 💫
