A yoga class suitable for practitioners of all levels, whether you've never done yoga before or are an advanced practitioner - all are welcome no matter their abilities or experience!
This class blends elements of mindfulness and dynamic yoga sequences aiming to energise and de-stress - the perfect end to a busy day!
Free parking available on site.
Just wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat, and optionally a towel, blankets or any props you might have at home. If you don’t have a mat please let me know before class and I can bring one for you to use during the class.
Young people aged 14–16 are welcome to attend this practice as long as a parent or guardian is also attending with them.
Pay as you wish
This is a pay as you wish class, there is no fixed cost. Make a contribution based on what you think the class was worth or how much you can afford at the moment. Online payment and honesty box will be available on site.
