Yoga With Netty

I have been practising Yoga for 40 years for the health benefits and I soon fell in love with it. I finally decided to qualify has a yoga teacher, so I can share my love for yoga! It's not just yoga it's a healthy lifestyle!
Join us to create balance between body & mind.
Every class is different. We will always start with breathwork, followed by movement, finishing with restorative poses and relaxation.
We all work to our own abilities and bodies.
We practice many kinds of yoga (Yoga flows, Yin, Kundalini, Hatha, Iyengar, Somatic etc.).
Yoga helps with flexibility and physical strength. It’s calming, especially for the nervous system (reducing stress, anxiety and depression).

Everyone is welcome! No matter what you can do. Every pose can be adapted to suit your abilities.
