Cancellation of regular events is permitted up to 24hr before the start time. A full refund will be issued in such a case.
Workshops must be paid in full 14 days before the event (or upon booking), any cancellations after 7 days prior to workshop cannot be refunded.
Please note: We do not offer a refund on cancellations within 24hrs of regular event start time.
