Tai Chi Unwind

Enjoy disconnecting from day-to-day stresses and enjoy a focused time to reset, rebalance and restore, with 30 minutes of gentle Tai Chi Unwind. Create a space between work and home where you can switch off and disconnect and clear your head of distracting thoughts, so that you can be totally present. My aim is that you will feel refreshed and relaxed when we finish the session.

Each session will start with a focus on our breathing and then move into a set of easy to follow Tai Chi QiGong Shibashi movements.
