I teach Dance Fitness, Pilates and Barre classes around Poole and online, bringing energy, fun, and a love of movement to every session.

My Dance Fitness classes are all about feeling good while getting a full-body workout. Designed for all ages and abilities, they’re set to an upbeat mix of pop, Latin, throwbacks, musicals, and global beats. The focus is on moving, smiling, and having fun – fitness that doesn’t feel like a chore!

I also teach Pilates and Barre classes. Pilates is a low-impact, full-body exercise system focusing on core strength, posture, flexibility, and body awareness through controlled movements and breath. Barre is a dynamic blend of ballet-inspired movement and strength training and is fantastic for improving posture, building strength, and enhancing body conditioning.

Whether you’re looking to sweat it out on the dance floor or strengthen and lengthen at the barre, my classes offer something for everyone – with a welcoming, supportive atmosphere.
