We are a warm and welcoming team of instructors, with many years of experience in teaching. We have a passion for helping adults to unlock the joy and sense of achievement that dance can bring.

We hold qualifications in ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance) and BBO (British Ballet Organization). Lessons will provide a mixture of syllabus and free work, to create a truly unique experience, catered to suit each individual.

Here is some information about the classes that we offer...

Ballet- beginners
This class aims to introduce the fundamentals in ballet technique in a fun and welcoming setting. All ages and body types are welcome and will be catered to with care and sensitivity. Fun and enjoyment are at the forefront of these lessons and we aim to send everyone home feeling like they have achieved, and had a wonderful time doing so.

Ballet- improvers
A fun and friendly ballet class for all. We cater to a range of abilities, so everyone will get an accessible and challenging class. We include both barre work and centre practice, so you will receive a well-rounded lesson every week.

Tap- beginners
This class aims to introduce the fundamentals in tap technique in a fun and welcoming setting. Enjoyment is at the forefront of these lessons and we aim to send everyone home feeling like they have achieved, and had a wonderful time doing so.

Tap- improvers
A lovely, fun, friendly and challenging tap class for those with some tap experience. Follow along with a joyful, rhythmic warm-up, followed by a fantastic routine, built up over a number of weeks. If you love to tap and play with rhythms, this class is not to be missed!

Jazz- mixed ability
A fantastically fun and friendly Jazz class for all abilities. We learn an entire routine in each class, and our focus is on everybody having a good time, and feeling good. Come along for a wiggle and a giggle with a lovely group of ladies.

Urban- mixed ability
This is a fun, friendly, judgement-free class just for ladies.
This class covers many different styles, such as hip hop, street jazz, commercial, and more. We will spend each lesson learning a short routine (a brand new one each lesson), followed by a nice cool down and stretch.
All work will be accessible to beginners, so everyone is welcome.
