We will do everything in our power to guarantee that the creative experience you have booked takes place on the published date and time. Yet, if unforeseen circumstances mean this is not possible then an alternative date or time will be offered or a full refund given. Unfortunately, all our workshops are non-transferable and refunds cannot be given for cancellation. Bookings are confirmed with full payment.
