Credits for cancellations received at least 8 hours before the commencement of the class will be added to your account.
No credits will be issued if you cancel less than 8 hours before the commencement of the class.
Cash refunds minus the Stripe booking charge can be given in exceptional circumstances as long as the stipulated 8 hours notice is given (This can take up to 10 days to reach your account)
