The practice of meditation reveals inner calm and awareness. This class introduces students to using mantras as a technique in the practice of meditation. A mantra is a syllable, word, or phrase that is repeated during meditation. Mantras can be spoken, chanted, whispered, or repeated in the mind. Mantra Meditation is an effective way to support concentration, clarity and well being. We will explore various mantras that inspire and nurture our awareness through mantras and chanting.
